This 8-week mindbody program blends both neuroscience and soul-led practices to help you gently unwind chronic pain, anxiety, and stress — and guide your system back toward calm, capacity, and inner freedom within your life.

💫Over 8 weeks you’ll discover how to:
Understand what keeps symptoms in place, how the body is trying to protect you (even when its not helpful)
Learn gentle ways to calm the body’s alarm system
Reconnect with emotions and the wisdom they carry
Practice somatic awareness and tracking to shift your relationship with pain/anxiety and other symptoms
Create new pathways of safety, ease, and possibility to allow you to start experience life differently
💫Together we will explore each step
Week 1 – Opening the Door - Through the mindbody connection you will discover what’s really driving your symptoms so they begin to feel less frightening and more changeable.
Week 2 – Your Protective Brain – Neuroscience of chronic symptoms - Calm the fear around your symptoms by learning how your brain has been trying to protect you.
Week 3 – The Language of Emotions – learn how feelings shape the body’s response and we will build a kinder relationship with your emotions so your body no longer has to shout for attention.
Week 4 – Meeting Yourself Gently – Use somatic tracking to reduce reactivity in your body and create more moments of physical calm which with practice reduces the level of symptoms
Week 5 – Calming the Inner Alarm – Working with fear and nervous system regulation Gain practical tools to soothe anxiety, pain flares, and nervous system overwhelm in real time.
Week 6 – Stories We Live By – Exploring beliefs, patterns, and meaning. Uncover hidden patterns and beliefs so you can respond to life with more freedom and choice.
Week 7 – New Pathways Forward – Retrain your brain for safety and start experiencing more ease, energy, and enjoyment within life
Week 8 – Integration & Embodiment – Leave feeling confident, resourced, and ready to continue your recovery journey

💫 About your host
I’m Lynne and I am passionate about helping woman who feel stuck find their way back to themselves and well-being even when they have tried many different things. I am a mindbody coach with over 30 years’ experience as a physiotherapist and 9 years as a coach helping others transform their lives. I have also had my own personal journey of recovery from anxiety. I now support women to understand the mindbody connection and gently reclaim trust in their bodies and recover from symptoms including anxiety, chronic pain, fatigue, long covid and fibromyalgia.
